Day 01: Arrive in Delhi
Arrive to a warm welcome at the international airport in Delhi. Meet the New Age Tours representative who would facilitate your transfer to the Taj Palace hotel. Relax and stay overnight at the hotel on the first day of your Rajasthan Heritage Tour.
Day 0Day 02: Delhi
Visit some of the most famous monuments of Delhi as part of your Rajasthan Heritage tour. Your first stop would be at the Red Fort which once housed the elegant Peacock Throne. Later proceed to visit the Jama Masjid, Qutub Minar, Humayun's Tomb and a host of other attractions Delhi is famous for.
Day 0Day 03: Delhi - Mandawa
Drive to Mandawa in the morning and check into a hotel on arrival. After resting awhile set out to explore the wonders of Mandawa, which is famous for its wonderful havelis that boast of some of the most amazing frescoes and murals. Explore the colorful Mandawa bazaars before returning for an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 0Day 04: Mandawa - Bikaner
Set out for the desert city of Bikaner on day 4 of your Rajasthan Heritage tour. Bikaner is famous for its wonderful monuments, arid beauty and delicious snacks. Visit the Jain temples, Lalgarh Palace, Junagarh Fort, the Gajner Palace and the like during your sightseeing tour around the city. Day 0Day 05: Bikaner - Jaisalmer
Drive to Jaisalmer in the morning as part of your Rajasthan Heritage tour. On arrival check into a hotel and relax for the remaining part of the day. You stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 0Day 06: Jaisalmer
Set out to explore the enchanting desert city of Jaisalmer on day 6 of the Rajasthan Heritage tour.
Jaisalmer is famous for its sand dunes, monuments and the annual desert festival. Enjoy camel rides; visit the Jain temples and the Trikuta hills and explore the place. Return for an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 0Day 07: Jaisalmer - Jodhpur
Drive to Jodhpur in the morning and check in at a hotel on arrival. Relax for the remaining part of the day and stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 0Day 08: Jodhpur
Set out on a morning tour of the majestic city of Jodhpur as part of the Rajasthan Heritage tour. Visit some of the most famous attractions of Jodhpur like the Mehrangarh Fort, Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jodhpur Fort, Jaswant Thada and the colorful Sadar Bazaar. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 0Day 09: Jodhpur - Ranakpur - Udaipur
Drive to Udaipur in the morning, stopping at Ranakpur on the way. Visit the famous Jain Temples of Ranakpur before continuing your journey to Udaipur. Check in at a hotel on arrival and relax for the remaining part of the day.
Day 0Day 10: Udaipur
Tour this beautiful city of lakes on day 10 of your Rajasthan Heritage tour. Visit the wonderful City Palace, Jagdish Temple and Saheliyon-ki-Bari besides browsing through the markets of Udaipur. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 0Day 11: Udaipur - Roopangarh
Set out for Roopangarh in the morning and stop at Ajmer enroute, an important Islamic pilgrimage site of India. Visit the Dargah Sharif and Anasaya Lake before continuing with your drive to Roopangarh. Check in at a hotel on arrival and stay overnight.
Day 0Day 12: Roopangarh - Pushkar - Roopangarh
Embark on a morning excursion to Pushkar on day 12 of the Rajasthan Heritage tour. Day 0Day 15: Jaipur - Fatehpur Sikri - Agra
Drive to the ghost town of Fatehpur Sikri, which is at a few miles away from Jaipur. Marvel at the architectural wonders of this city that was built by Akbar but was abandoned due to a great scarcity of water. Later proceed towards Agra, the most sought after tourist destination of India that boasts of the famous Taj Mahal. Check in at a hotel on arrival where you stay overnight.
Day 0Day 16: Agra
Set out on a wonderful tour of Agra in the morning as part of the Rajasthan Heritage tour. Besides, the Taj Mahal, Agra is also known for its handicrafts, jewelry and color. Day 0Day 17: Agra - Delhi
Drive to Delhi after breakfast. Stop at Sikandara enroute where you can have a look at Akbar's tomb. On arrival at Delhi, check into a hotel for some rest before boarding your return flight back home.
